Often whenever we think about doing something to stay fit, the thought that comes to our mind is that it requires a lot of hard work. People mostly think, young children do not need to work out or it will put a lot of physical pressure on them. However, staying fit is a human requirement as it keeps us away from all kinds of health hazards. - Walk More
This is a sad but harsh truth that there is no instant fix to getting fit. The key to remain fit is persistence. So we must work on building our stamina over time. Don’t always use cars for short distances and try to walk more. If your school is nearby, take a 10 minutes walk to it everyday rather than going in a car or motorcycle. Likewise, replace all the short trips with walking or cycling. Another tip is to take a stroll of your school campus during the break or even a stroll in your neighborhood in the evening.
