- Receipt and submission of the admission form do not guarantee admission to the school.
- The school reserves the right to shortlist applicants based on the established criteria set by the management.
- Selected candidates shall receive notifications of admission results via E-mail / WhatsApp within one week from the date of assessment.

In case the fee is not received within the stipulated period, the admission offer may be considered declined and the seat may be made available to another applicant.
- ADMISSION FEES: It is a one-time, non-refundable charge payable at the time of admission towards the administrative and institutional processes involved in enrolling a student. It covers admission processing, student registration, creation and maintenance of academic records, ERP activation, onboarding and academic planning. The Admission Fee is independent of the tuition fee and does not constitute payment towards academic instruction or any quarterly tuition fee. Once paid, the Admission Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- QUARTERLY TUITION FEES: It is the academic fee charged towards the delivery of education and the maintenance of the school’s academic and institutional ecosystem. The annual tuition fee is divided into quarterly instalments solely for administrative convenience and ease of payment. Each quarterly instalment forms an integral part of the annual fee structure.
- MID-SESSION ADMISSIONS AND FEE APPLICABILITY: Students admitted during the academic session are required to pay all fees applicable under the school’s approved fee structure. No waiver or exemption of any applicable quarterly fee shall be granted for mid-session admissions except with prior written approval of the School Management under exceptional circumstances.
- Admission will be treated as provisional until the required documents are submitted within the given deadline. All students must submit the original documents for verification whenever required.
- The school reserves the right to hold two seats per class/section under the Management Quota.
- The school shall not entertain requests for change in names of students and their date of birth after admission is confirmed except in cases of spelling errors. Complete name changes shall be accepted only if supported by a court affidavit.
- The fee structure is subject to change at the discretion of the school management.
- NON-REFUND POLICY: All fees paid to the school are non-refundable. The Admission Fee is strictly non-refundable. In exceptional situations the school may adjust other fees against future quarterly payments; however, no cash refund shall be issued.
