About The Event
A special morning assembly was held on 22nd May 2025 to bid farewell to Vice Principal, Sister Josna, for her dedicated and selfless service to the institution. The programme was anchored by Dhrithi Basumatary and Shaswat Chouhan of Grade XII Science.
The assembly began with a prayer, followed by a series of performances prepared by the students in honour of Sister Josna. The items included Karunayude Thaalam – Rhythm of Grace, a semi-classical dance; Melodies of Assam – Voices of Many Lands, a Bihu dance; and Rhythm of Gratitude, a special performance expressing appreciation for her contribution to the school.
Julbikka Riizvi from Grade IXA shared a heartfelt message dedicated to Sister Josna.
Rev. Fr. George Thomas, Principal, felicitated Sister Josna with a memento and gamosa as a mark of respect and appreciation. Father also addressed the gathering, commending Sister’s dedication, compassion, and her vital role in the growth of the school.
Sister Josna, in her address, expressed her gratitude and love for the students, teachers, and management. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
A staff meeting and farewell gathering was held later in the afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., marking the formal conclusion of the farewell to Sister Josna.
