About The Event
We are delighted to share with our school community about the recent professional development initiative undertaken by our dedicated management team. As part of our quest for excellence, our team attended a revolutionary workshop, Revamp & Rise 2025: Annual Refresher Program, at the prestigious IIT Guwahati on 28 March 2025.
The workshop was conducted by renowned faculty members, Dr. John Jose, Dr. Abraham Cyril Issac, Dr. Kuldeep Baishya and Miss Sumedha Walia and focused on developing leadership, strategic management, and organizational effectiveness in schools. It gave our team insightful knowledge, creative strategies, and practical solutions to maximize school management and create a culture of excellence at SFS Guwahati.
The workshop saw active involvement from our Principal, Vice Principals, Academic Director, Senior Coordinators, Coordinators, HR staff, and the representatives of the Administrative Office. Interactive discussions, case studies, and sessions conducted by expert trainers helped our team derive practical strategies that will help SFS Guwahati grow and develop further.
The workshop was brought to a close on a gracious note by a vote of thanks presented by Vice Principal, SFS Guwahati, Fr. Melvin. He gave warm thanks to the resource persons, the organizers, and the participants for ensuring that the event was a valuable and enriching experience.
