TRANSPORTATION
The school transport system is designed to provide students with a safe, reliable, and convenient mode of commuting. To ensure efficiency and maintain high safety standards, applications for availing the transport facility must be submitted exclusively through the Desalite Connect platform. This digital system ensures transparency, accuracy, and easy tracking of all transport-related information. Parents are required to complete all necessary details and submit the transport request within the stipulated timeline to facilitate effective route planning and seating arrangements.

1. Application Process
- Applications for the School Transport Service must be submitted exclusively through Desalite Connect.
- Transport facility shall be provided strictly subject to seat availability and route feasibility.
2. Fee Structure & Payment Policy
- The transport fee is applicable for all 12 months of the academic year and is divided into four quarterly payments.
- The fee includes all school holidays, vacations, bandhs, curfews, lockdowns and leave periods availed by the student.
- Transport fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The first quarterly fee must be paid in advance to confirm reservation of the transport facility.
- For the Academic Session 2026–27, the First Quarter Fee must be paid by the last week of March 2026. Thereafter, allotment shall be based purely on seat availability.
- Subsequent quarterly fees must be paid during the first week of the respective quarter.
- A late fee of ₹500 shall be charged for delayed payments.
- Once enrolled, the student is liable to continue and pay for the transport service for the complete academic session.
- Students of Classes X & XII are required to pay all four quarterly transport fees and may not discontinue the service during the final quarter citing non-utilization.
- In case of transfer or withdrawal from school, parents shall be liable to pay the complete transport fee for the quarter during which the service was utilized.

How to Make Transport Payment
- Log in to Desalite Connect using Desktop/Laptop.
- Click on the DETAILS tab.
- Select Transport.
- Choose School Bus Required (Yes/No).
- Select the preferred Pick-up Point and Bus Type (AC / Non-AC).
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Continue.
- Select the respective quarter fee and click Pay Now.
- Click Proceed to Pay to complete the payment process.
3. Service Rules of School Transport
- Travel time may vary depending upon traffic conditions and the number of students on the route.
- The School reserves the right to modify routes, timings, stops and schedules whenever necessary.
- If the number of students registered on a route is insufficient, the School may discontinue that route after due intimation.
- Seat allotment is strictly based on bus capacity and availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- School buses shall not enter narrow lanes or by-lanes.
- Parents, guardians and unauthorized persons are not permitted to use the School transport service.
- Bus services shall operate once in the morning and once in the afternoon only.
- Additional bus services shall not be arranged during examinations or any special schedules except at the sole discretion of the School Management.
4. Pick-up & Drop-off Procedure
- Students must report at their designated bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
- The bus shall not wait beyond the allotted timing.
- Repeated requests to halt or delay the bus may lead to termination of transport service.
- Parents/guardians must ensure that a responsible adult is present at the drop-off point, especially for younger students.
- If no guardian is available during drop-off, the child shall be brought back to school and must be collected by the parent/guardian.
- The School transport service is responsible only between designated pick-up and drop-off points.
- School personnel shall not assist students in crossing roads.
- The pick-up and drop-off points shall remain the same for all transport users.
- Students picked up first in the morning shall generally be dropped last in the afternoon as the route sequence works in reverse order.
5. Safety Measures
GPS Tracking
All buses are equipped with GPS trackers for real-time monitoring and safety.
CCTV Surveillance
All buses are monitored through CCTV cameras with restricted access to school authorities.
Emergency Support
Every bus is equipped with a first aid box, fire extinguisher and trained support staff.
Seat Belts
Seat belts have been installed in all seats for enhanced student safety.
6. Delays, Technical Glitches & Unforeseen Circumstances
- The School shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to traffic congestion, road conditions, weather disturbances or unforeseen circumstances.
- GPS services may occasionally face technical latency and the School shall not be liable for temporary disruptions.
- While every precaution is taken for student safety, the School shall not be liable for incidents beyond reasonable control.
7. Liability & Indemnity
- Parents/guardians shall bear the cost of any damage caused by the student to School transport property.
- Parents/guardians agree to indemnify the School against claims arising due to non-compliance with transport rules.
8. Changes in Transport Arrangement
- Parents must inform the Bus Staff or School Administration in advance if the student will not use transport on a particular day.
- Continuation of transport service after change of address shall depend on route availability and seat capacity.
- Parents must regularly update emergency contact details through Desalite Connect.
- Transport fee revisions, if applicable due to route change, shall be adjusted in subsequent quarters.
